After trying marriage twice, I am single again and finally learning to take care of myself! I finally did something with my life and started college in 1989. It was hard, I'd moved back with my parents, worked for my mother at her bookstore, and my father was very ill with COPD. I majored in nursing. Would you believe I graduated Dean's Scholar, Honors!?!?!? I studied hard and totally devoted myself to school and it paid off. That was in 1993 and I am currently working at the Medical Center of Central Georgia as an RN on 3 East Women's Services. I started my nursing career at Houston Medical Center and was there for 4 1/2 years, then I went to home health and stayed there for about 15 months, then to the Medical Center where I have been for over 10 years.
